Do you deliver to countries outside of the UK?
We currently offer domestic (UK) postal services only. There are no services available for international delivery at present.
How do I keep up with the latest deals and news from Maqio Trade?
We have a newsletter with new product drops and exciting updates. Simply sign up at the bottom of any page on our website.
Do I need to set up an account?
Yes, account setup and verification are required to place an order. Verification may take up to a few days. Once your account is verified, you can start adding items to your wish list or your shopping basket.
What is the best way to get in touch with customer service?
You can send us an email at trade@maqio.com or call us at 0161 883 3388. Our customer service team is based in the UK and aims to respond within 1 working day.
Can I view trade prices while my account is being approved?
No, you will only be able to see trade prices after your account has been approved.
Do you offer credit accounts?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to open a credit account.

How do I create an account?
Registration is quick and simple. Click on the person icon at the top right of the page to begin the process.
Do I need to be a business to register for an account?
Yes, a Company Registration Number is mandatory to create a trade account. If you are not representing a business, please visit our retail site at www.maqio.com.
Products and Pricing
Do you have price lists available?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a CSV price list or product list. All our products and prices are managed through our website which shows regularly updated stock levels. To view our prices, you can apply for a trade account here.
Do you offer bulk purchase discounts?
Yes, we provide discounts for large quantities. These discounted prices will be visible once your account has been approved.
Orders and Payments
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no required minimum value to place an order with us.
What payment methods can I use?
For orders under £500, we accept Credit/Debit card, Bank transfer, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. For orders of £500 or above, payment must be made via bank transfer.
Can I collect my order in person?
By appointment only - please contact us to arrange this.
How do I check the current status of my order?
You can log into your account or use the link in your confirmation email. Once you order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us at trade@maqio.com. We will do our very best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.

Deliveries and Returns
What is the minimum carriage paid order value?
The minimum carriage paid order value is £250 plus VAT for mainland UK. Orders below this value or for delivery outside of mainland UK will be quoted a flat shipping fee. The quote will be communicated to you after we verify your delivery address at registration.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
Unfortunately, you won’t have the option to select a specific delivery date when placing your order. Your order is subject to the delivery timescales of our UK courier services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
