Refunds and Returns Policy
Unwanted Items
We operate on a final sale basis and do not offer returns or refunds for unwanted items. If you no longer require a purchased item, please note that we do not accept returns for such cases.
Please be aware that we do not provide assistance with third-party approval processes (e.g. Amazon/eBay ungating) or respond to third-party purchase verification requests. Returns will not be accepted for issues related to ungating or third-party approval.
Damaged Items
We ensure that all items are in perfect condition before dispatch. Damage typically occurs during transit. If your delivery arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the affected packaging and product. Send us an email us within 24 hours of receipt, include images of the damage and the product code so we can initiate a claim.
Packaging Damage
Due to multiple handling points during transit, minor packaging damage may occur. We do not process refunds for slight packaging damage. However, we will raise claims for severe packaging damage, such as crushed items that cannot be restored or torn packaging with holes. Damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear images of the damaged items.
Faulty Items
We offer refunds for items with manufacturing faults reported within 30 days of purchase. For faults emerging between 30 and 180 days, we reserve the right to repair the item. If repair is not possible, a replacement or refund will be issued.
To file a claim, email us with the product code, details of the fault, and any relevant images.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item you did not order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Include images of the incorrect item and the product code. Once confirmed, we will arrange to send the correct item (if possible) and cover the reasonable return cost for the incorrect item.
If replacing the item is not feasible or the replacement cost exceeds the item’s value, we reserve the right to issue a refund. Please note that assortment variations (e.g. waves, series, or character differences) are not considered incorrect items.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For card payments, the refund will be credited to the same card. For bank transfers, a refund will be made to the original bank account.
We aim to process refunds within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
